balance guide/ shoe coil spring balance

Hey there, thanks for posting! The balance guide you are referring to in your photos is what is called a friction shoe. Specifically, yours appears to be the 15-104 Caradco Friction Shoe. Take a look over the dimensions to determine if these are the right fit for you.

In regard to the jamb liner springs, I'm sorry to say that we would not be able to supply you with a replacement spring for your windows, as we do not carry them.

If your window is a wood window, then a mill work near you may be able to set you up with new jamb liners.

If its a vinyl window then you’ll have to try to get in touch with the manufacturer directly.
