balance locks

Hello,

I am looking to replace the pictured items. It appears to be your part # 15-195, but if you can determine the manufacture of the window from this part, it would be appreciated.

I am also looking for sash locks for the same model windows. I will send pics, once I have them.

Please advise.

Yes, that shoe looks like our 15-195. I'm afraid I cannot confirm what manufacturer you have based on that alone, though. Many, many manufacturers have used this shoe and the balance related to it, the Series 795 channel balance.

I'm also not sure about the tilt latches. They are very unique. I wonder if you could use something like our 26-243 and 26-244. My only concern is that the "tooth" might be too thick.
