Pin missing for Pivot Window

pic 8149 is missing the balance, pics 8148, 8150, & 8151 have it installed on the other side of the window. Also I believe a spring was broken on the side of the missing balance (pic 8149) so I am not sure if there is additional hardware that may be missing. Window will not stay open. Single hung window manufactured circa 2000.

I just realized this is the pivot bar only. The balance I will take pics of and submit under a separate post. If you can guide me in regards to the pivot bar for now I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Thanks for writing in. Check out our 26-040 to start. This might be the one for you, but go over the dimensions and let us know if they don't match.
