3052 Single hung 37 3/4 x 64 3/ white 8/8 grill clear

Windows 6/27/2001 balancers and tilt latch in need of replacement or repair.

Your tilt latches look like our 26-243 and 26-244, but I don't know what your balance is. I can't see it. You will need to remove an undamaged version of it from the window so that we can match it up to something in our catalog.

Thank you. This looks like an old rod type balance. I still can't make your whole balance out, but at least I can see parts of it. Tell me, is there a black "T" shaped plastic piece at the bottom?

If so, then it's not made anymore. You can use our Series 795 as a replacement, but it's a bit involved. The video below will go into more detail as to what I mean.
