balance shoe

Question

have a broken balance shoe from a double hung tilt out from Vetter. ( crestline now??) Looks alot like your double side load carrier 15-102 but the double is way to long. Can you help?

Thanks for reaching out! Yes, the 15-102 would be too large, it is also used for a different type of balance assembly.

Your shoe looks like the 15-104 friction shoe. Look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing shoe to confirm that this is the right fit. I am confident this is the replacement shoe you'll need.
