balance shoe (coil) replacements

I'm replacing broken parts in several of my double hung vinyl windows. I've managed to replace the pivots bars and tilt latches. However, I need to replace 4 total (2 pairs) of balance shoes. I've attached pictures with dimensions. The coils seem fine, if only the shoe can be replaced. 
I appreciate the help in crossing this project off my list!
