balance shoe replacement

good afternoon,

my windows are 24 years old and i need to replace a broken balance shoe. its 3/8 by 1 1/4,but i can't seem to find a replacement for it. can i use a 3/8 by 1" ?

Thanks for getting those photos over to us. Your pivot shoe looks more like our 15-046 that's 1-1/4" wide by 1/2" thick. Remove yours and check your pivot shoe thickness. Let us know if you think this could work.

Once I removed it from the track you're right it's a half inch thick not 3/8 and it was the piece that you referred to and I went ahead and ordered that piece thank you very much for your help
