Unfortunately we do not carry your exact pivot shoe, but we recommend reviewing the 17/32" thick 15-199 as a replacement option. To use this shoe, you would need to change out the coil springs as well.
The 15-199 is compatible with either the 1/2" thick Series 160 or 3/8" thick Series 165 coil springs. You will need to measure the originals to confirm the best option.
The original springs should be stamped with a number that will indicate the weighted option needed for each coil to support the sash. If there are no markings, please provide the weight of the sash to move forward.
