Thanks for posting! The shoe you have here appears to be the Caradco Friction shoe which is part 15-104 on our website. Carefully review the dimensions and compare them to your existing latch to confirm if this might be the replacement you'll need.

We do not sell the jamb liner springs, unfortunately. If you are looking to replace them, you'll need to contact a local mill work, if this is a wood window, or the window manufacturer if this is a vinyl window.
