We used to carry this spiral balance with this particular attachment, but I am afraid it was discontinued recently and no longer available. We do have a possible replacement option: see our S400-29 3/8" Spiral Balance, along with a 17-031 Bracket that could cradle the balance rod from beneath the sash. It would require drilling a new hole and using a #8 screw. I cannot guarantee that it will work well, or if it's even possible, but we don't have anything else to suggest at this time. I apologize for the inconvenience.
