It's very difficult to identify what you have based on these photos. Your shoe looks like it could be an older version of our 15-177, but look it over and see what you think. The compatible spring would be our Series 152.
If not, or if you aren't sure, then you need to remove the pivot shoe prior to taking your photo so that we can get a clearer look at it.
