Thanks for writing in! I believe the balance you need is the S795-28 but to confirm the exact configuration of your balance, I'll need a few more details.

To start, I'll need to see a photo of the shoe removed from the window channel. To do this, you'll need to twist the shoe in the channel so that the T shape is perpendicular to the channel, then you should be able to remove it. I'll also need to see a clearer photo of the hook/clip at the top of the balance and the installation hole this piece installs in.

Please also double check the stamp. If it is truly 280, I'll need to know the exact weight of the sash to be able to confirm the correct stamp option.

Thanks for confirming the stamp. The balance you'll need is the S795-28 with a 28C stamp option. Although, your replacements will need to be a custom assembly since it has the 15-198 hook attached at the top. 

That said, I'll need to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase to get the order link made up for you. There is an order minimum of (2) balances for custom assemblies.

Your balance shoe can likely be replaced with the 15-195 T-Lock shoe but you'll need to confirm that the width of your shoe is 1-1/4" (this shoe will come installed on the balance). If it is 1", you'll need to purchase the 15-194. There is a video tutorial tagged below detailing how to swap out the shoe.
