It is a Simoton Windows that is about 17 years old. Can you tell me what parts I should order?

Hello,

I would recommend starting by removing your coil balance from the window to compare to the 17/32" thick 15-199 pivot shoe shown below. This shoe is used with either the Series 160 or Series 165 coil springs depending on the width of your original springs. Take a look and thanks for posting!
