Thanks for posting. These old rod balances are no longer made, but you should be able to replace them with one of our plain tilt window channel balances here. To know which, please send us a clear photo of whatever shoe or attachment is at the bottom of the rod. We should be able to narrow it down from there.

Thanks! Looks like you specifically have the old crossbow balance. This can usually be replaced by our Series 795, but it takes some handiwork on your end. It won't be an easy 1:1 swap. Additionally, you need to check to make sure that the spring diameter is 1/2". If not, our part won't work; we have an alternative in that case, so let me know if that's your situation and we can work from there.
