balancer window holder

could not find any markings on glass or window frame. Is a vinyl window replacement that was on the home when I bought it.

Thanks for posting. Looks like you want to replace your pivot shoe. We can do this for you, but it would be best if you removed the pivot shoe from the window so you can provide us the width and thickness of the shoe. That is the best way to identifying the right replacement. Many thanks.

Hm, I'm afraid I can't match anything in this style with those dimensions. Could you triple-check those measurements? If you haven't, it is definitely best to remove the pivot shoe from the window; it's really the only accurate way to get a measurement. If you need help removing your shoe, see the video below.

In this situation, it would be best to remove the pivot shoe from the window for us to have a better look at the part. Could you please do that for us?

The center piece that attaches sash is missing. It's the round center area.

Thanks! If the depth is 1/2", then I think our 15-046 is what you want. I believe this is a newer version of your older part. Look it over and see what you think.
