balancer and sash lock

Question

channel balancers are all 31 inches long, plain balances (?), for tilt-in single hung bottom window sashes
only marking on them is "31B BSI TH"
windows all have a sticker on the sash frame "Astoria-300V Single Hung"
I also need new sweep locks for every window
I have more pics I can send if needed

Thanks for your post! This window balance can be replaced with the S795-31. Although, given the hole shape at the top of the window jamb (track), the replacements will need the 15-198 Balance Clip Attachments. So, they'll need to be custom assemblies.

Your sweep lock reminds me of the 90-005 Window Sash Lock. To confirm that this is the replacement you need, carefully look over the specifications below and compare them.
