Question

From what I could tell it appears the part of the window balance that the window would connect to appears to be one inch wide and maybe I saw online they could either be one inch or one and a quarter

Thanks for your post! Your window balance appears to have a wedge shoe, so you'll likely need the S775-29 with a 29B stamp.

You'll need to measure the shoe to confirm whether it is 1" or 1-1/4". Take a look at the video tutorial below for a detailed explanation on removing and installing this balance.
