Question

Need balances, Non tilt, single pane window. Looking at your pictures i'd guess s380 but I'd like to be sure. They appear to have 28B stamped on them.Thanks!

Hey there,

Your window balances do appear to be a match for the S380-29 Channel Balance. Although, you'll need to double check the depth of the bottom shoe. If it is less than 1", you'll need the S378-29, which has a 7/8" shoe depth.

Our 2820 stamp should work in place the 28B stamp on your balance but it may be a good idea to weight the sash to confirm that it weighs between 12 to 16lbs.
