I'm curious it is the differences between length of the top and bottom sash if marks on them are the same?

Hello,
The S750-27 tilt balance could have a spring weight stamped (26R) for a sash weighing between 10-19 lbs., (26HD) for a sash weighing between 19-24 lbs. or (26TG) for a sash weighing between 24-31 lbs., but the metal channel length will be 27" on all of them.
This is just an example, but whatever length balance you choose, there will be multiple weight options based on the stamp on your balance.
