balances or shoes

Question

Shoes have fallen apart.
picture have balances with numbers from single hung vinyl windows.

The balance itself looks fine, it appears that just the pivot shoe is broken. We carry the new style 15-046, see if that has the same dimensions as yours. I don't think your Silverline window track comes with the cut out to remove the broken pivot shoe. See the videos below for help on that front.
