Greetings! Your Anlin window uses our Series 140 coil balances. You'll need to check the stamped number on the spring cover determine the spring weight number. As far as your pivot bar, it appears to be our 26-398 or 26-405, but you'll need to look over the screw hole distances to see which one matches yours.
