better bilt sliding patio glass door

Question

I have a double hook lock mechanism where one hook broke.
the side plate screws center to center are 11 inches. The plate from top to bottom is 11 3/4. The two middle screws are 3 inches apart from each other and a little bit under 4 inches from the screws that hold on the plate. The handle is9 3/4 top to bottom and the screws that hold it on are a little under 4 inches

It's tough to make out what you have, but I'm reminded of our 82-265. The dimensions seem to line up, as well. Look it over and tell me what you think.
