The tube is stamped 33 4 caldwell and the actual tube is 34"
I think I need 15-005 shoe 19-002 top guide and 62-105 pointed hook
I need 4 pieces - 2left 2right

Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like the top fitting on your balance has wings, so I don't think the 19-002 is what you want. 19-005 would be a better option.

Assuming the depth of your shoe is 1", same as the 15-005, then that would mean you can use our S380-34 to replace your original assembly. Give it a look and see what you think.
