Question

Older windows from the 80's. 8 24 CZ is stamped on the items. Metal length is 25".
Width of the channel that houses the spring (outside to outside) is 9/16". Depth of the channel is 3/8". I took pictures of what hooks look like that go in the jamb (still in the jamb).
I also sent pics of the plastic clips that are held to the window with one screw. Hopefully you can figure out what they were based on the end clips, looks like they are somewhat broke.

Thanks for posting! Your balance appears to the 3/8" S800-25 Channel Balance. I believe you'll need to select the 24C stamp option, but to confirm this you'll need to be sure to double check that your sash weight falls between 13 to 20lbs.

Your top sash guide reminds me of the 18-061 1/2" Top Sash Clip. Take a look over the dimensions below and compare them to determine if this is the right fit.

The part you are referring to as a hook is the 16-002 Take Out Clip.
