broke two shoes for windows

Hi

I opened windows for cleaning and it stock. It than happened on the 2nd window I tried to look up. One side was stuck while other was still moving. While truing to force windows to close I broke two metal cams and black stops on top, that look like your TAMP-R-LOK III. Need replacement for 2 to 5 shoes, possibly with springs. Springs are driven by flat metal pieces.
Please help to identify the parts, any advise on repairs.
