Hello My window balance appears to be broken. I'm not sure where to order parts.

When we bought our home 8 years ago, my wife had never has tilt in windows for cleaning the outside from indoors and she did not open them vertically enough when she tilted them and they broke a bunch ofthe pivot shoe locks and also broke the white metal part of some of the pivot shoes where the win ...
