I believe it's a window tilt latch clip. No part numbers on it. Window might be by prolia.

Hi I opened windows for cleaning and it stock. It than happened on the 2nd window I tried to look up. One side was stuck while other was still moving. While truing to force windows to close I broke two metal cams and black stops on top, that look like your TAMP-R-LOK III. Need replacement for 2 to ... (cont.)
