Hello My window balance appears to be broken. I'm not sure where to order parts.

When we bought our home 8 years ago, my wife had never has tilt in windows for cleaning the outside from indoors and she did not open them vertically enough when she tilted them and they broke a bunch ofthe pivot shoe locks and also broke the white metal part of some of the pivot shoes where the win ... I believe it's a window tilt latch clip. No part numbers on it. Window might be by prolia.

Curious to see if you have these?

While tilting our double hung windows in to clean recently the removable black plastic retainer clips on the Pivot Shoes broke in pieces on several windows and cannot find replacements anywhere. Hi I opened windows for cleaning and it stock. It than happened on the 2nd window I tried to look up. One side was stuck while other was still moving. While truing to force windows to close I broke two metal cams and black stops on top, that look like your TAMP-R-LOK III. Need replacement for 2 to ... (cont.)

Vinyl window pivot shoe and balance. The pivot shoes appear different (and broken pieces) on each side of the same window and the window has a hard time moving up and down. I'm not sure if the balance needs to be replaced too.

Hello, I have some Accuweld 2600 Silver Series windows with broken pivots in the coil balance shoe assembly. Purchased windows from Gallaghers, used Accuweld double hung windows purchased 2004. Need to replace the pivot shoes on two windows. One window is about 24 inches wide & the other is 40 inches wide. I am assuming the pivot shoes will be different sizes due to the difference in weight with the wi ... (cont.)

clip is 7/8 inch long, 1/2 inch wide at wide part that locks into pivot lock, rest is 3/8 inch wide. has little handle that says pull. has '1' stamped on handle.
