Hello,

The black piece shown in your first photo resembles the 15-214 at first glance, depending on how the specifications compare.

I can't tell what the white piece is, but the TamperLok is commonly used with the S140 coil balance. Review the specifications below to an intact assembly fully removed from the window. Thanks for posting!
