broke window boots on my tilt out windows

hello i have a boot and copper colored mental stri that are broke. Any suggestions and instruction for repair woul be great

Hello! Your pivot shoe is our 15-177 and it uses the Series 152 coil springs. Your coil springs should have a stamped weight code but if they don't, you will need to divide the sash weight by the number of springs in the window to determine the appropriate spring weight option.
