broken balance shoes

One of the windows in my vacation home appears to have broken balance shoes. I am not physically at the house right now, but have inclued pictures of the right and left side along with a shot with a tape measure. I have not removed them from the window, since my time was short on the last visit when I discovered the problem.
Can you help?

Hey there. This looks like the 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which works with Series 152 Coil Balance springs. Let us know if you have further questions.
