when closing the lower window if heard a large snap and the balance flew out onto the floor. The company in Rocky Mount called it a balance and recommended that both be replaced. Can you help identify this part? John

Hi there,
We can absolutely help! We will need to see photos of the balance to be sure of what replacement will be best though. Please include the nylon attachments on either end of the metal channel and the stamp that is printed on the balance in your photos. To determine the correct length, please measure only the metal channel.
Get back to us with that info and we can get the ball rolling on finding you a replacement!

This is the label at the top of Window frame. I also took a picture of the bracket that broke. I tried to reshape it so it may not be exactly complete.
