broken coil balance shoe?

The piece I'm looking for is attached to the spring coil. It looks nearly identical to the one the model is holding in the photo on the "Coil Balances" page of your website, but I don't see one displayed as options to purchase. I also don't know if it is the same dimensions which is why I've included measurements in my photos. The coil and all other parts are working fine, but on 4 windows there are 3 broken shoes (that I've seen, I haven't removed them all yet).

Hello there. This looks a bit like the Certainteed 15-192 Pivot Shoe; however I suspect you have a Simonton window. The Simonton version of this shoe is no longer made. The Certainteed version does not fit Simonton windows properly. You may be able to get it to work by filing down the alignment ridges on the face of the new shoe, but there's no guarantee that will work.

Your other option is to replace the shoe with the 15-259, which will fit the window; however you'll also need to replace the coil springs with the Series 159. The video below explains how.
