Top and bottom holes on white trim face plate are 11" apart (center)

The 2 inside holes on white trim face plate are app 3 1/8" apart

The 2 side holes oval shaped that hold handles on are app. 3 15/16"

I think I found the right replacement at one point in my search on your website and you showed a diagram with dimensions but it didnt show the 2 oval holes distance. The other distances matched. Not sure why the oval distance was omitted in your diagram. Any help appreciated.

This looks like the 82-265 to me, which works with 3-15/16" handle sets like what you have.

The 82-265 you recommended fits perfectly however anti door slam device on it cant work because the piece it's supposed to hit on the jam part doesnt have it. So what door jam unit would you partner with the 82-265 so that the door slam will work.

See our 82-249. This keeper is meant to work with the 82-265; in some cases customers have had to shimmy it out still to meet the mortise lock, but in most cases it works fine regardless.
