Hello, I am in search of a replacement psrt for this assembly.

How can I open the window to remove and replace broken parts?

Best regards,

Chris R

Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. If you unlock the window, you should be able to push the window open by hand. If you can show us a photo of the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible, that will help us narrow down some options.

Thank you for the additional photos! The 39-253LB and 39-438B operators resemble what you show here. The best match will depend on the design of the guide used at the end of the long arm. The video below will go over the details. Please note that the 39-375 folding handle with cover is sold separately.

Are you looking for the tie bar as well? If so, can you tell us the length? Can we also see a full shot of the entire bar?

What do you recommend? All I thought was needed was a spindle cylinder that goes/attaches to the handle.

You'll have to replace the whole operator assembly since the spline broke off. That isn't designed to be repaired or replaced so a new operator is necessary.

No problem! I'll be here if you need anything else. Good luck with the repair!
