broken shoes - might be Patriot windows

Hello Swisco,

I drove to your Camden location and was sorry to see you no longer have counter service - the one time I was there before, I was impressed with the knowledge of the person I worked with.

I now need to repair several "builders" windows. I think (not sure) they are Patriot windows. The shoes are breaking. I attached several photos of the shoe and dimensions. I also attached the end of the balance because I will need to buy the cranking tool if I can get the shoes. I need about 10 shoes.

I had searched the Swisco website and actually found the part last Friday and ordered a bunch along with the tool. They came on Saturday. I repaired my first window yesterday. It was awesome!!! The tool makes it so easy and the videos convinced me that I need to cut away some vinyl to remove and replace the pivot shoe.
