Looks like you need a new coil balance assembly. I can't tell you for sure what you need without also seeing the pivot shoe, which is absent in your photos, but one strong possibility would be our Series 140. Start with this product and see how it compares. If it's not a match, or if you aren't sure, please submit a photo of that missing pivot shoe and I can check our inventory for a better match.
