Simonton windows . the broken balance was for the bottom sash of a double hung window which weighs 18.4 lbs. I could not locate any numbers

Hello, thank you for posting,
Your window uses older Crossbow balances that are no longer made. As long as the original spring diameter measures a 1/2", you should be able to convert to the Series 795 channel balance.
