broken window part

I have attached a picture of a broken part on my tilt-in window. I placed a ruler in the window opening to show the size of the part. If you could please let me know if there is a replacement part, how it is done and the cost of the part, I would appreciate it.

I would recommend removing your pivot shoe from the window to compare to the specifications of the 15-177 below.
