Hi I am looking to replace a broken window tilts and balancers on a window 8501B. I would appreciate any help you can give me with this. I can remove the sash but do not know how to remove the balancer. I have included pics of the window header marker and the tilt and balancer. Please help me with part numbers to order.

The balance housing you have appears to be an exact match for the 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot. It is compatible with the Series 180 Coil Balance, anchored to the window using the 16-024 Mounting Bracket. The coil spring come in different weights, so you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the existing coil.
If there aren't any stamps, you'll confirm the exact sash weight to determine the best possible replacement. There are a few video tutorials, tagged below this thread, with instructions on how to remove/install the assemblies and how to select the correct coil springs.
