the metl only portion is 28 inches long and the width of the shoe looks to be 1 3/32 wide. Only thing im not sure of is the sash weight and spring load requirements

Hey there! If the shoe depth is 1-3/32", this is an S385-28 Channel Balance. For the stamp option, go with 2740 (based off the old 27-4 stamp). Let us know if you have further questions!
