cannot find the exact serial number of parts

I need your help finding the right parts for my window.
It is non-tilt window. I tried to find the exact serial number, but I was not able to find it.
Could you recommend the compatible parts?

Hi Yoon,

Your window balances appears to have a winged top guide and wingless bottom shoe like the Series 395 Channel Balance. Based on the stamp, I believe you'll need the S395-27 but be sure to double check that the length of the metal channel on your balance is 27".

Our 2640 stamp will support a sash weighing 19 to 26lbs. Be sure to confirm that your sash falls between that weight range.
