Could you please let me know what your order numbers would be for a left side crank out (20755), hinge replacement (40664) and interior bronze crank cover.

Thanks for writing in. Take a look at our 39-155 & 39-156 Casement Operators to start. Carefully compare the listed dimensions and let us know if they match your old operator. For a new cover and handle, see our 39-107 and 39-114L.

I'm not sure what you mean by order number, but the hinge could be replaced with our 36-048. It's not exactly the same design but as long as you replace the top and bottom at the same time then you should be okay.
