Hello there. This might be the 39-156 Dual-Arm Operator (its opposite-handed counterpart is the 39-155). Just make sure the link arm dimensions indeed match what you have; that's what it looks like from the photos, but triple-check to be sure. For a new cover and handle, see the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately.
