Entry Gard TRUTH, # 20755 on top of the long arm, TRUTH with # 40754 on the bottom of the long arm. # 31538 on the bottom of the curved arm.
This is a left-hand opening.

Hello there. This might be the 39-156 Dual-Arm Operator (its opposite-handed counterpart is the 39-155). Just make sure the link arm dimensions indeed match what you have; that's what it looks like from the photos, but triple-check to be sure. For a new cover and handle, see the 39-114L and 39-107 sold separately.
