I originally ordered 39 -156 which is definitely the wrong one. Is this ( 39 - 013) the correct one do you think ? Also how do I return the incorrect ones.

I agree that the 39-013 operator looks like a match but you'll need to make sure that the dimensions and 13-0/2" arm length match up to yours.
