casement cam lock replacement

Hello,
I'm trying to replace a cam lock on a casement window (french door actually).  Your model 38-144 looks to be the closest match I could find.  As you can see in the pictures, the original unit is flush mounted behind some trim that I'll have to remove.  Wondering if you have a detailed drawing of the lock so I can confirm fitment prior to removing trim and ordering.

I pulled the trim off this morning to access the broken lock mechanism. There is a number stamped on the back side 45189. There is also what looks like a home symbol on the opposite section with the word Truth embossed.
