casement operators

A home owner from Battle Creek Michigan says:

I order 2 ANDERSON WINDOW CRANKS,4-1/2 part #39-146 This operator has the arm on the right side. I need the same part but with the arm on the left side.. I also ordered 1 EntryGard Dual Arm operator,part #39-031 BUT THE CRANK ARM IS TO LONG 4-1/2 inches the one I'm replacing is only 2-3/4.. Please let me know what mu options are.. Thanks

Thanks for posting. The opposite-handed verison of the 39-146 Andersen Window Crank is the 39-147. Your other operator looks like it might be our 39-333 & 39-334 Operators w/ Extra Short Link Arms. Take a look and confirm they match. For the operators you purchased from us that didn't work out, you see our return policy here
