casement window arm

Question

I'm looking for a replacement arm for a casement window. The current arm is labeled Entry Guard Truth and, once extended, pops off the bottom of the window, so does not work to close the window. Can you identify which replacement hardware I need?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your operator looks like it could be a match for the 39-031 & 39-032 or the 39-155 & 39-156. The important difference between them is the length of the link arm. Review the specifications and see which is the better match.
