4 out of 5 of our window cranks are broken. There are no names or numbers on any of the parts. Can anyone help with what replacement parts would possibly fit?

Hello! Thanks for posting. it looks like your worm gear stripped out. This can't be repaired, unfortunately, so you will need an all new operator.

Before we go any further, can you show me a photo of the complete operator out of the window? That will give me a good idea of what you have and whether anything we sell will replace it.

Thank you so much, I figured the gear was stripped from the feel of the operation. Here is a picture of the arm mechanism from the outside.

Thanks! What you have here is either our 39-253LB or the 39-438B, depending on the slide at the end of the long arm. I can't see yours so I can't tell you which one is the right pick, but it's easy enough to figure out. The video below will go into more detail.
