single arm 9 1/2 inch casement window operator also need bottom plate 5 inch arm and plate and top 5 inch arm and plate top of window does this come in a kit?. only number we can see is truth 30744.

Thanks for posting. Without photos I can't be entirely certain, but if it's an operator with a single straight arm that is 9-1/2", see our 39-027E and 39-028E. For a compatible handle, see the 39-114L sold separately. It also sounds like you need new window hinges. See if the 36-004-10 10" Hinge Set matches what you have. Let me know if you have further questions, and send photos of your existing hardware removed from the window, along with dimensions, if you are in doubt.
