casement window mechanism

A quick learner from santa fe NM says:

We move to home in NM in which the casement windows do not completely shut- mechanism seems to work. Not familiar with these units I disconnected the mechanism top and bottom and the window came out bending the mechanism (apparetnly there are no hinges with this system). Any suggestions or replacement parts you can provide are appreciated.

Thank you in advance

Gijs

Hi Gijs. See our 39-387 and 39-388 Split-Arm Operators. Look over the dimensions and see if these match what you need. For a new crank handle, see our 39-114L
